In honor of Mother’s Day, the club held a fundraiser to offer “Proof of Mom” photos to our members. Why do we need “Proof of Mom?” because mothers are known for our role behind the camera taking the adorable pics of our littles with so few of us in those amazing shots. We paired up with local photographer, Angel, from Photograph by Angel who graciously agreed to donate a portion of each mom’s fee to the charity Mothers for Others. Mothers for Others is an organization out of the neighboring town of Greenwich that supplies local families in need with diapers. Did you know that diapering one child can be around $1000 a year which can lead some families to have to choose between diapers, food and rent? We were able to contribute $220 to help in this effort.
